HDI’s PACTRAC™ system and services accommodate account management, payment processing, tuition invoice processing and other activities associated with state Prepaid College Tuition programs. As the current administrator for the State of Alabama’s Pre-Pay A Child’s Tuition (PACT) program, HDI offers a full suite of services including: developing, implementing and hosting the PACTRAC™ system, call center and help desk services and mail processing (incoming and outgoing).
