When the State of Texas was faced with a 4-year backlog of crash reports, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) turned to HDI Solutions, Inc. for help. We receive the electronic images directly from TxDOT and key, verify and perform quality control operations before electronically returning the crash data to TxDOT daily. HDI’s efficient program not only resulted in the alleviation of the backlog of more than 2.5 million records within 14 months, HDI’s contract has also been extended to keep Texas crash records current. HDI’s AccuVerify program ensures greater than 99 percent accuracy.
